JUNE 27 in the evening & 28th morning at- the NW Connecticut Balloon Festival- Friday night....
If your kite string breaks while flying at a balloon festival, it is a FANTASTIC indicator that it is too windy to fly balloons. So, what to do? Go have a Hawaiian Luau! |
Wild Bill & some other pilot, obviously having too much fun for not being able to fly this evening.
Ryan & Andrew not properly attired.
Leo & Max properly attired.
Dave & Tara
Group shot!

Saturday morning.
Borderline too windy for round balloons. Definitely to windy for America One and Patriot. But, we had fun anyway watching and helping others take off.
Monkey Business.
What do you do when it is too windy to fly? Clean the trailer! It's a strategery.
Who's idea was it to buy such a LARGE hammer???? Where does it go in the trailer?
Keith Sproul in Limelight.
We were attacked by a balloon! It was fun though, and a different light.
Another one getting ready for take-off!
Captain Jon Radowski (aka- trash can boy) & Captain Barry (aka- still looking for an aka)
